FAQ
Which quality grades do you use?
Economy, Standard and Premium — the same three grades you see inside the portal. Nothing is softened.
Does Premium mean a solid-wood frame?
No. Premium case frames are engineered; solid-wood elements appear on selected models — not the default definition of the grade.
Are foam, fabric and panel thickness the same for a whole grade?
No. Foam density, fabric rub count and panel thickness are stated on each product page. They differ by origin and by production line.
Does this page show prices?
No. Full specification per product is available in the portal.
Can I see the specification for a real product?
Yes. Full specification per product is available in the portal. Request access if you buy wholesale.
