1. Business customers only These terms apply to business customers only. We do not sell to consumers. Catalogue and prices by invitation Our catalogue and prices are available to invited buyers only; they are not publicly published. Website content, catalogue presentations and quotations are an invitation to enquire and are not a binding offer. 3. Formation of contract A contract is formed only when we confirm your order (order confirmation). 4. Commercial conditions The commercial conditions of an individual order — including deposit, payment dates, quantities and cancellation conditions — are stated only in the quotation and proforma for that order. They are not fixed in these public terms. 5. Prices and delivery basis Prices are EXW; freight is not included. 6. Documents The document set for a shipment is compiled according to the destination country. 7. Governing law and place of jurisdiction German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bremen.
